WBPL is a Company managed by promoters who are also in the Board of Members of the Company. The Board is also responsible for the strategic direction of the Company. The Board of Directors has delegated the day-to-day management of the Company to the senior management team of professionals. The Board of Members of WBPL has four Members as depicted below –

Mr. Vivek Jaiswal, aged about 51 years is a Bachelor of Engineering. He has vast experience in the construction sector since last twenty years. He is also a Director in Associate Concerns namely L.M Sales Ltd, Lodhe-Ma Infrastructure (India) Pvt. Ltd., Vishakha Developers Pvt. Ltd, Vishakha Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. and SSCC Constructions Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Ramashankar Prasad, aged about 58 years, is a B.Com (Hon’s) graduate. He has been engaged in the trading and manufacturing business since the last twenty two years. He is also a Director in Associate Concerns namely Kaveri Engicon Pvt. Ltd, Scope Sales Pvt. Ltd., Kushal Developers Private Limited and Beekad Hotels Pvt. Ltd.
